Subject: File No. JOBS Act Title I

Dear SEC,

It is ridiculous to prompt the use of larger tick sizes when it is clear that having tighter markets are more efficient for everyone, especially the self directed small investor. This is clearly a ploy to rip off the small investor in order to line the pocket of the institutions. This should stop, be discontinued, aborted or whatever, to make sure the market remains as fair as possible to so smaller investors are able to get reward for investing in the markets This monopolistic cartel is the exact opposite of what the SEC by its existence should be fighting against

Sincerely yours,

Ali Bangura
