I'm retired, managing my own IRA investments. I lost money to stock manipulation when I first began investing on my own. The vast majority of people who get into the stock market are, like me, unsophisticated and extremely vulnerable to unscrupulous practices. Their - our - only defense are those who regulate the market. You have a high obligation to protect those who can not defend themselves. The JOBS Act is rife with opportunities for fraud. Please do whatever you can to eliminate those opportunities.
