The JOBSAct is an open door invitation for fraud. The SEC and FINRA already are over burdened. We can not enforce what already has been legislated. Millions will lose what they have left and the wealth of the entire nation will be help by a monopoly of big banks and wall street. Stop the JOBSAct before it is too late.
