As an individual investor, I'm concerned about a lack of oversight, and the JOBS bill would seem to send the wrong message to young companies.
Sunlight and an independent audit are minimum requirements for any public company, including from day 1 of an IPO, to give investors the assurance they need to take on the risk of these new ventures.
