Hello I am an investor and I have about 45,000 in my retirement plan which I rolled over to a bank. Unfortunately since this ruling I no longer get advice from my financial consultant . In addition I have been referred to an 800 number that will not help me with anything. How is this new ruling going to help people that don't have a certain amount of money in their IRAs.
