Dear Sirs,

My wife and I are individual investors.
I believe that the fiduciary rule requiring those that dispense financial retirement advise act in the best interests of their clients is a sensible rule and should not be revoked.
I have read several opinions in financial media (e.g., Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine and AAII Journal) that support this regulation and agree with my assessment as well.

Our financial advisor at Fidelity believe that the fiduciary rule makes sense and has told my wife and me that it is Fidelity's intent to abide by its direction whether or not the rule is preserved.

Preserve the "Fiduciary Rule"

Sincerely,
 John Prugh
