Subject: RE: Disclosure Effectiveness Review

Shareholders need to know how much of the company's monies are being spent and how, and ordinary citizens need to know which corporations are contributing, i.e., buying influence, from which legislator. Only by taking these transactions out of the shadow and into the light can we learn which corporations have undue influence over which politicians. Level the playing field are reveal how much is being spent and on whom.

Thank you for your consideration,
An ordinary citizen (whose vote has been nullified by secret corporate contributions to our Congress), --Earl Kim
