Subject: RE: Disclosure Effectiveness Review

Public companies should be required to disclose all political spending and all payments/donations to nonprofit organizations and other associations. Shareholders have the right to know how executives and management are spending company money especially when it is for political purposes.

Please develop a rule requiring political disclosure from public companies. Businesses should not be allowed to use hidden political channels like nonprofits or associations to do their political bidding, and shareholders have a right to know how executives are using company resources for political purposes.

Thank you for your time and serious consideration of this issue.
