Since 2011, repealing, rescinding Citizens United has been by far--overwhelmingly-- the most important, over-arching issue for me. I applaud the efforts of Congressmembers Adam Schiff and Dr.Allen Grayson: their undaunting diligence to undo this unholy alliance of political hacks and corporate scheme-bags to pervert our "Elections" (now a mere circus of slickly packaged "Selections.") The SEC and its commissioners should continue to work on a rule requiring political disclosure from public companies, in the interests of their shareholders. Businesses should not be empowered to use backdoor political channels like nonprofits or associations to do their political bidding, and shareholders have a right to know how executives are using company resources for political purposes — especially if those purposes are against shareholders' interests. PS. The Supremes were never asked to decide whether or not money equals speech and/or whether or not "corporations are people." John Vollbrecht Santa Monica, CA
