The SEC should definitely limit the kind of swaps and derivitives that are allowed. ALL trading, including swaps and derivitives, should only be allowed out in the open where everyone can see like stocks and options are. No secret trading of any kind

Regulation to insure everyone follows the rules is a GOOD THING
