There is too much corruption to make laws and follow up enforcing them.
We need to protect whistle blowers.
Whistle blowers near the source of corruption are the only solution to corruption.
Only "token" criminals go to jail, even when they do get caught.
Heck, Congress is even allowed to Insider Trade, according to Politifact.com
