I am just an individual who has resented the arbitration clause in any investment plan I have come across. The only choice would be not to participate in invest.
It seems to me that arbitration would favor the industry. My reaction is reinforced by several of the comments posted here.
If client protection isn't part if the SEC mandate, it should be.
