Hi and thanks for the chance to comment. I saw the article on CNN money website to come here and post opinion.
I feel it's ok to short a stock or index and borrow shares with a 3 day settlement, but no naked shorting should be allowed. Also scorn investors who had shares that were naked-shorted, should receive a settlement with interest to stimulate investor confidence.
