Members of the SEC,
It is very important that you reign in the compensation of company CEOs. Their sense of entitlement is astounding! Do they really believe they are responsible for the success of a company? It appears so, when they give themselves pay increases of 12-13%. Meanwhile, the average worker earns 380 times less!
It is not good for the economy to have our wealth increasingly in the hands of fewer and fewer people, and it fosters a deep sense of unfairness in many Americans. Speaking for myself, it gives me the sense that the system is rigged to benefit a minority of Americans.
