Subject: CEO Salaries

May 14, 2012

Dear SEC,

CEO salaries are ridiculously high. They are hurting our economy and keeping companies from paying workers with the lowest salaries a livable wage. No CEO is worth 380 times the average worker. Greed needs to be exposed. I urge you to adopt the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. It requires companies to report their CEO-to-worker pay ratio to investors. I doubt it will shame companies into lowering CEO pay but it will make the public aware of the outrageous pay CEOs rake in along with their huge bonuses. Please act now.

Sincerely,
Michael Freeman
