I am writing to encourage the mandatory full and clear disclosure of CEO-to-worker pay ratio. I am a firm believer that if we are willing to DO something, we should be willing to ADMIT to it.
There is absolutely no reason this relevant aspect of corporate structuring should not be disclosed to potential investors. The job-security of the workers is a significant aspect of the security of the company, and a corporation with an unreasonably large pay gap is favoring the wealth of the individuals at the top over the long-term good of the company. That is something investors deserve to know.
