Hi and thanks for the chance to comment. I saw this article on CNN Money website.
I feel that banks and brokerages SHOULD be watched, made to pay settlements to customers or customers funded with a profit by FDIC if they are soooo bad they need to be liquidated . The people that are committing the fraud in the company should have to serve jail time.
