im against the downsizing of the requirements. i think this will increase the information asymmetry between smaller investors and the large private firms, benefiting the latter. large firms have much more means and connections to get financial data through channels unavailable to the smaller investors and i fear this will make investing less fair to anyone who isn't a larger firm. i will be investing on outdated information while the other side of the court will still have much more up to date information to consider.
