September 23, 2022 I would like to have Failed to Deliver stock options to be discontinued. By allowing FTD's to occur, market manipulation will continue to be a problematic issue. I would also like for singular entities to not be in control over where and when stock transactions occur. Lastly, I would like darkpools to be banned when it comes to retail order flow. These dark exchanges were created for corporations to move large amounts of stocks at a single point in time. Not small amounts such as retail investors where the total purchases and sellings of stocks over the course of entire days/weeks/months/years.
