From my understanding, what makes America special is our diversity of thought to create new innovations and competition driving market growth. I feel like making everyone have to use a one-size-fits-all disclosure would mean that they have to change their way of business to comply and take away from that aspect of their business. It could be more inefficient for certain companies and create artificial competitive advantages for companies who can comply in easier accordance. I feel like the goal should be to prop everyone up as best we can for success rather than boxing them in with more and more regulations.
