To the SEC: Our Climate Crisis is already here, and it is already costing American investors, companies, communities, taxpayers and voters hundreds of billions of dollars every year. It currently threatens our financial wellbeing. As an investor, I absolutely need for SEC regulations to require FULL disclosure of companies’ costs, actions, inactions and their contributions to our Climate Crisis. I urge you to adopt ALL of the written recommendations jointly submitted by the Attorneys General of approximately thirteen states: CA, CT, DE, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NY, OR, VT and WI. The disclosures they recommend are essential to protect American investors, our families and our communities. Thank you for your service in the public interest, and for this opportunity to submit public comment. Sincerely,
