Dear SEC Rule Comments,

The Securities and Exchange Commission should require that corporate managers be more transparent with shareholders regarding their long-term plans.

Shareholders in many corporations have had a petioned article at annual meeting asking for political contributions, and often enviromental issues. Shareholders on the owners of the company! Make them tell the owners of the company ! These are opposed by the board of directors.

Thank you for considering my comment.

Sincerely,
