To whomever it may concern, I will not sit here and write to you what I assume so many other of people in the exact same situation have done. Instead I will flat out say your actions to effectuate this rule are meaningless, poor, and flat out ridiculous. The growth markets are meant to help propel companies into the next level, I've seen companies fall to $1m market cap and now trade well over $100m market cap. These decisions do not come from sound management and would hope common sense prevails here. I can assure you, the amount of litigation that will come forth to the Nasdaq will far exceed the trade off here. Best, Diamandis
