Securities and Exchange Commission Political Contributions by Certain Investment Advisers File Number S7-2026-31 Public Comment,
I demand you withdraw the proposal to eliminate the SEC's pay-to-play rule and its related recordkeeping requirements.
Workers'earned pensions should NEVER be the welfare rewards of Wall Street firms buying political power.
The rule was implemented after serious pension corruption scandals, so you know better.
You just don't care about impoverishing your own people.
Relying on enforcement only after corruption purposefully makes targets of working Americans.
Our life savings (pensions) require safeguards against private equity and investment managers.
This has life, death, and generational consequences.
Preserve pensions from Wall Street's grift.
Sincerely,
Lynn K
