Good Afternoon!

I am a retail investor. While some may not be opposed to tokenization of stock, I for one, am opposed to tokenization when it is not backed by real stock.
When I purchase a stock, I believe it should be actual stock that belongs to me, sold and purchased live on the New York Stock Exchange, and belonging only to me.

I adamantly oppose lending out my, or ANY, stock to any third party.

A token with no ownership should not be legally permitted to be claimed to be a stock. Retail does not have voting rights on tokens.
Who does have voting rights on tokens?
My body, my choice = my stock, my voting rights/my privileges (no lending)!

Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns.

Sincerely,

S Tull

P.S. What exactly happened to that "new day" at the SEC that we keep hearing about?
