Dear Securities and Exchange Commission, I am writing about the proposed Transfer Agent Rules, specifically Proposed Rule 17Ad-30(b). I agree with this part of the rule because I think businesses should regularly check their policies and make sure they are still following federal laws. Having the board review the policies can also help catch problems before they become bigger issues. I think this is a reasonable rule and can help protect investors while making sure transfer agents are keeping their policies up to date. Thank you for reading my comment!
