Re: S7-2026-25 - Electronic Delivery of Information Under the Federal Securities Laws

Submitted electronically to: rule-comments@sec.gov

Dear Ms. Countryman,

As a financial advisor who works closely with retail investors every day, I am writing to express my strong support for the SEC's proposed Regulation E-Delivery and to encourage you to support efforts that modernize how investors receive important financial disclosures.

Technology has transformed how Americans manage their finances, access information, and communicate with trusted professionals. However, many securities disclosure requirements still rely on outdated delivery frameworks developed decades ago. The SEC's proposed Regulation E-Delivery would establish a modern, consistent electronic delivery framework that reflects how investors and financial firms communicate today while preserving important investor protections and choices.

I regularly see the value of timely and secure communication with clients. Modernizing disclosure delivery requirements would help firms and advisors provide information more efficiently while ensuring investors continue to receive the disclosures they need to make informed financial decisions. The proposal also has the potential to reduce unnecessary printing and mailing costs while maintaining strong consumer protections. Additionally, I encourage the SEC to work with other financial regulators to promote a uniform framework across regulatory bodies, helping to reduce unnecessary complexity, improve compliance efficiency, and provide investors with more consistent experience.

I believe Regulation E-Delivery represents a commonsense modernization of securities regulation that balances innovation, efficiency, and investor choice. Thank you for your time and consideration of this important issue. I appreciate your commitment to policies that support investors and improve the efficiency of our financial markets.
