I do not believe you should change already long established rules. I believe we should keep it quarterly. I believe all Americans should have a fair shot at the wheel and it should not be rigged against them. I know the rate of disparity is growing and the middle class is being squeezed out. I do not think it should be further accelerated. It should be the other way around.
