Hey SEC guys and gals, Come on now, don't be hurting the little individual trader. By removing rule 611, this just allows wall street to drain more money from the little guys like me that make up the country. Heck, I don't make up a large amount in tax revenue or anything like that, but can you see that Wall Street has already sucked up enough money through other loopholes, and they really don't need another? All I'm asking is for y'all to preserve the rule as is, thanks. -Alan
