I strongly disagree with the SEC statement about the that illuminates the SEC's preference for making money, not concern for the 50 states and the need for a national framework. Americans want crystal clear water, air, animals, fish, insects trees, plants, etc. The oceans and rivers are already changing and animals, reptiles, fish, whales, etc are already suffering and dying. SEC can go jump in the ocean and suffer with the whales.
