All reporting, amendment, position changes remain the same as they are now. What needs to be add is a list of all subsidiaries owned by parent company when 10k form is filed. What else needs to be included is what pools of securities or notes they have acquired or have ownership of. As well as the first 6 numbers used in their trading Cusip number to make it easier for the public to find. The corruption happening with in this system is being unmasked and the system is trying so hard to find another way to hide it. Please don't make it harder for the people of america to lower the debt of this country. These companys investors can pick up and leave at any moment but it's the people who can't and have to live with the damage this will further cause. Bring solution please not more burdens.
