This rule will not help retail investors like myself make informed decisions; it will only benefit insiders who already have an information advantage. Please keep quarterly reporting requirements as they help retail investors like myself to manage our portfolios. If companies wish to access the public market, then they should be required to report publicly in a timely fashion (which is quarterly). I don't invest in foreign companies whose reporting requirements are only twice a year. There already is an option for companies that don't wish to disclose, and that is to remain private.
