Transparency is essential. Allowing corporations to hide behind reduced reporting is a sure way to to reduce transparency. If corporations want us to continue to invest in them, they need to demonstrate they are doing what they said they were going to do and publish quarterly reports to ensure investors are aware (regularly) what they are indeed doing and how that syncs with the performance plan. DO NOT allow them to reduce reporting to twice annually. That will certainly lead to an impact on growth.
