I do not support changing corporate reporting requirements from quarterly to biannual reporting. Biannual reporting is not often enough for individual investors to be fully apprised of a company's financial health. Not being fully apprised of a company's financial health would seriously limit opportunities for investors like me to invest. I do not support this and ask the SEC to maintain quarterly reporting requirements for all companies on the exchange.
