Mandatory quarterly reporting should be MANDATORY! NOT 6 months to decide what everybody should know about, like a company tanking! Executives should not be allowed a to hold their shareholders hostage while a company is flatlining and nobody has a chance of jumping ship, then suddenly all the shareholders are broke because that extra three months just wiped out their stock value and, OPPS, company is bankrupt! BUT the top guys know and they already bailed! Stop treating people like they are too uneducated to understand plain English just because they are not the privileged elite!
