I understand the SEC proposal, however, I totally disagree that semi-annual reporting will be effective. There are a lot of things that could take place over six month period and be hidden, that would be disclosed within a three-month period. Therefore, I support having quarterly reporting. It's incredibly important for the SEC to keep things transparent and to fight corruption. Quarterly disclosure will help do that.
