You will undoubtedly pay zero attention to what will benefit the public. The SEC is entirely in league with our corporate overlords, institutional investors, & likely paid off by these & all the allied powers that be. Nevertheless I will voice the opinion of a retired tax accounting professional whose client base was primarily the wealthy who will forever be & always have been the beneficiaries of your policies. Do the right thing & help small investors & their meager retirement accounts to prevent their eventual poverty, starvation & disease. Anything less just aids the inexorable destruction & third world future of this once well meaning if never perfect democratic republic striving to be better (but always sliding to worse).
