It sounds like, to me anyway, you do not care if there is any fraud, mismanagement of any funds or the impression of impropriorty; as long as you are getting your share. The SEC is domineering, but those in charge are becoming a little too arrogant, thinking the rules shouldn't apply to them. You should be setting the best examples, without even a hint of wrong doing or a chance for misunderstanding. We the fans are watching, you need to remember that.
