SEC Representative & To Whom This May Concern, My name is Cynthia Renee Lackie. I am disabled and medically retired, currently living in Lawrenceville, NJ. Our retirement accounts are all we have, and if you stop doing quarterly reporting, we cannot afford to lose any of our retirement investments' financial returns. Unfortunately, it is projected that we will lose around one-third of our retirement investments if you allow reporting to be reduced from quarterly reporting. This would devastate our ability to survive in retirement and I am disabled so I cannot just go back to work to make more to bolster our retirement accounts. Losing a third of our retirement investments would devastate us, and this is what you risk doing by no longer requiring quarterly reporting. Please keep reporting requirements to the quarterly reporting.
