I definitely do not support a lack of transparency on the part of the SEC. Three months is stretching it anyway. Sidestepping and moving backwards is not wise. Continue to create forward movements and to timely inform all as per the 3 month or sooner deadline. Concerned contributor, Dawn Culver.
