Keep it quarterly is keeping them honest. Your job is to protect the public and this appears to be a protection racket for WALL ST. The last time we bailout Wall Street, it cost tax payers a ton. You are suppose to keep Wall Street in check and you did not costing millions to lose retirement funds. You forgot YOU WORK FOR WE THE PEOPLE. It appears you are working for Wall Street.
