Is the SEC trying to turn investing into a PONZI scheme? Don’t stop quarterly reporting….don’t let high paid executive delegate their responsibility to the investors. Don’t give those responsible for the management of our corporations a “golden parachute” that would negate their accountability for success! Sent from my iPad
