To the Securities and Exchange : Yes, it will of great use if and when it's understandable. If I were someone that could speak freely to cause a positive outcome, this would be where it needs to start. I find it frustrating how legalities on the web are not in place for average people to understand and that's who needs it. I have been navigating some heavy topics without a clear understanding.
