To Whom it May Concern: I am writing concerning a possible reduction for corporate reporting from quarterly to semi-annually. We already know what happens when there is little or no oversight—think Enron. I am a small business owner in Colorado. When large companies have reduced oversight, it affects small businesses. If businesses have nothing to hide, reporting quarterly with CEO signatures should not be an issue. Do not get rid of quarterly reporting! P. Kranz
