why are all the public businesses wanting soft on crime results? EVERYONE knows we need powerful deterants...but I guess if you are cool with letting violent offenders walk the streets to rape more 2 year olds & murder young women...then this seems mild! ALL CRIMES & HOW THEY ARE TREATED SHOULD BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE COMMUNITY, NOT THE OFFENDER ! TRY TO TELL ME I AM WRONG!
