Don't be stupid, the kleptocracy has to be contained and monitored. The integrity of people is only verifiable with oversight on a regular basis. Don't provide any additional opportunity for enacting methods to manipulate, avoid, defraud or undermine the SEC monitoring processes. We need more checks not less to stem the growing imbalance that has overtaken our financial systems.
