My name is Jim Maier, and I am a sales assistant. Reporting requirements for publicly traded companies should absolutely NOT be changed to anything longer than what it has been “forever” - QUARTERLY. There is already too much ability for insiders to profit off the current quarterly system. Extending this the 6 months is unfair to the general public. Most of my savings is tied up in the stock market - making it even less transparent will only HURT the average investor because we will have even less timely information upon which to make investment decisions. What dense individual came up with this one - wait, don’t tell me - someone who will have access to information in that time period that the general public doesn’t, to profit off that knowledge, and screw the rest of us. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Thank you for considering my input.
