My husband and I are investors in the SEC and have been for many, many years. We believe in it and plan to do so for many years to come. This proposal concerns us deeply. Quarterly reports help us keep a handle on how our stocks are doing and guides decisions we make in managing our stocks. We are deeply concerned about a six- month blackout period. This makes stock prices very volatile and illegal activities favorable. Evil loves darkness. We feel that the SEC is & can cause us to be blindsided in actions they can take causing our mistrust in the stock market and companies that are involved. We have great faith now in the companies we invest in and this would create suspicion in the profits produced. Sent from my iPhone
