As a serious senior accountant comparing SEC reports on public corporations I really hated the quarterly reporting. A lot really a lot of work. We sometimes pushed items through and figured we would detail them on the year ends. You know the stuff in the supplemental schedules article 12 kind of stuff. I was part of a team, a senior accounting member and all we did was report. Maybe if we did have a little more time to analyze, we might have been able to see some things that the CEO and CFO were doing some fudging going on. It takes a lot of skill to understand a 10K.
