I am a retired chemical engineer and I will be relying on my savings and investments to support me through my retirement. I want to have the same opportunity to choose my investments as other people/investors. Allowing companies to submit financial outlooks and reports only twice a year is denying me the data I need to make informed decisions, and allows insiders an unfair advantage.
